Panel discussion on Goldstone Report

Earlier this year, the United Nations Human Rights Council established an international independent fact-finding mission chaired by Justice Richard Goldstone, former judge of the Constitutional Court of South Africa and former Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda. The mission’s mandate was to investigate all violations of international human rights law and international law during the recent conflict in the Gaza Strip.
